Breeders of exquisite Siamese and Orientals

Phaithun is a small cattery located in Halcombe, 20 minutes outside of Palmerston North. Our kittens are raised in the family home so are used to human contact and well socialised with adults, children, dogs and other cats before they go to their new owners.

Kittens are vaccinated for Calici and Herpes ( "Flu") and Panleukopenia, microchipped, desexed, flea and worm treated before going to their new homes. They are provided with their first few weeks of medical insurance.  They have been eating Royal Canin Baby Cat premium kitten food.

Breeder Alison Harland is a qualified Veterinarian and so mum and kittens have had the advantage of professional care at all times.   Our breeding cats are tested  negative for FIV (AIDS), FeLV ( Leukemia), and Cardiomyopathy.

We recommend the use of Feliway diffusers in the house prior to the introduction of your new kitten, this helps to calm and reassure the new arrival during the stressful time of settling into their new environment. Feliway is available from your local vet clinic.
